1. Go to Phone Settings > Notification Center > Include/Style

Q: I CAN'T SEND PHOTOS OR SET PROFILE PICTURES ON MY IPHONE
A: Please check that you granted AstraChat access to your Photos:
Go to your iPhone's Settings - Privacy, then find AstraChat in the list and turn it ON.
Q: HOW DO I CREATE A GROUP CHAT?
A: Android:
1. Tap the "+" icon on top right corner on Contacts list > Tap "Create new group"
2. Input a group name for your group chat
3. Tap "Add Participant" > Choose your friend > Tap the icon on top right corner
4. Tap the "create group chat" icon on top right corner.
5. Your group chat will displayed on your Group Contacts list.
iOS:
1. Tap the "+" icon on top right corner on Contacts list > Tap "Create new group"
2. Input a group name for your group chat
3. Tap "Add Participant" > Choose your friend > Tap the icon on top right corner
4. Tap the "create group chat" icon on top right corner.

Q: HOW DO I DELETE OR EXIT THE GROUP CHAT?
A: If the group chat was created by you, you can delete your group. But if you are only a participant/ member of the group chat you only can exit/leave group.
Android:
1. Tap and hold the group chat that you want to delete
2. The group info will appear
3. Choose "Delete" to delete the group, or
4. Choose "Exit" to exit the group
iOS:
1. Swipe right on the group chat that you want to delete > Choose "Delete", or
2. Swipe left on the group chat that you want to leave > Choose "Exit"
Q : HOW DO I INVITE/ADD OTHER FRIENDS TO AN EXISTING GROUP?
A: Android:
1. On the chat view of the group, tap the group avatar.
2. Choose "Edit"
3. Tap "Add Participant" > Choose the friend that you want to add
4. Tap the icon on top right corner.

1. On chat view of the group, tap the "+" icon

Q: WHY I DIDN'T GET ANY NOTIFICATIONS OF MESSAGE ON MY ANDROID?
1. Go to phone setting -> Go to battery -> Go to unmonitored apps -> Add Astrachat
2. Go to phone setting -> Go to apps -> Astrachat -> Go to battery -> Choose optimize battery usage -> Unchecked AstraChat
3. Make sure your server ping to client before disconnected or interval ping to client more than 30 minutes.
Q: HOW DO I REJOIN A GROUP?
A: You can rejoin a group chat after exiting if you still have the group conversation on your chat list.
Android:
1. Go to Chats list
2. Tap and hold the group that you wish to rejoin.
3. Choose "Rejoin"
