AstraChat will only share information to third-parties engaged exclusively in the activity of marketing AstraChat products. A: Information in your personal profile may be changed at any time via the Customer Portal. Via our Customer Portal, you may choose whether you wish to receive the AstraChat monthly newsletters.
Q: DO THE MOBILE OR DESKTOP APPS COLLECT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A: The AstraChat mobile and desktop client apps are
designed to connect directly to your XMPP server.
All communication between the AstraChat client apps and
your servers are direct and do not go through any
AstraChat, Rockliffe, Apple or Google servers.
AstraChat and Rockliffe do not have access to any of
your communication. AstraChat and Rockliffe do not
store any information about your XMPP address or
password. AstraChat and Rockliffe collect
anonymous information if the app crashes via the
Crashlytics website for debugging purposes. This
information does not include any communication data or
personal data.
